Well! It looks like we are ON for this Saturday! So, I had a few ideas that I wanted to run by those that can come.
First off... if you can get me a list of "must have" songs (I have a huge collection but am always looking to built more!) if you email me your requests directly at BotanicaGypsy@aol.com~
The party is starting at 6 PM (gives us time to look at books, chat a bit and take a dunk in the pool if you are game!) and will go til we are all sung out!
You can mapquest the address from where you are: 6856 Yolanda Ave, Reseda, 91335
Phone is 818.609.1222 to call if you'd rather make your song requests that way or if you have any other questions~
And potato salad is being brought by Gabriel! No onions please!!!

If you're doing a bbq thatd be cool - we can bring some simple stuff - dogs, burgers, buns, sides, chips n dips, soda, let us know what yu want us to bring?
and is it BYOB OR is it no alcohol (AND no onions)?
I'll be emailing yu a songlist soon. :) I have some ones I do regularly, and I especially love singing the neglected songs that nobody knows, as well! That's my job!
We will be there at 6 and will look at the books, and make a list of the maybe songs that we may sing! Yay!

BYOB, I surely don't have an issue with alchohol, in fact, I am a Blue Ribbon winning homebrewer, though I need to brew soon! I have hot dogs, buns, and all the fixings, so don't worry about that. Hmmm, what can you bring...
how about a dessert? LOL!! I also have copious amounts of soda, though low on Pepsi~ Did I mention we socialize a lot? LOL!!

off the top of my head, "Golden Years" by David Bowie, "Good Times, Bad Times" by Led Zeppelin, "Sixteen Tons", "Chantilly Lace", "Lion Sleeps Tonight", "Strange Brew", "Daydream Believer", "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida", "Candy Man" - theres a ton of varied songs I love to sing. Just show me where the stash is and I won't make a mess. I'll find all the neglected songs! :D
