well - what I LOVE about a perfect karaoke night is the schizoid dual quality that is too rare to find - where you get the best of both worlds - both a place that hjas very few people so yu can try out new songs, hit bad notes, and no ones really paying attention - and THEN - as the place fills up - yu can sing your best songs in front of an actual responsive audience, too (but then yu get to sing a lot less) - the place? well - south of LAX - north of teh Long Beach area - in Torrance - the San Franciscan - let me know if yu want more info. - Spike

there is canoga bowl in the valley on thursday nights that is never busy and friday and saturdays start off slow and then fill up or sometimes fridays start off busy then empty out (bowling league or something like that)

There is also Blarney Cove in the Valley on thursday nights as well
